To protect unit data and optimize platform performance, these links remain active for a maximum duration of three (3) years, after which they will auto-expire. Only the link token expires; underlying data remains accessible through newly generated links. Users or administrators are responsible for retrieving and disseminating updated links as needed.
- User Privacy Responsibility: This tool is designed for scheduling and coordination only. Users should not input any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) within notes, announcements, or custom text fields. Please use general identifiers or coordinate private personal details through official Church channels. Birthdates displayed within the system are randomized; actual birthdates are not stored. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

- Data Retention: This platform retains only the minimal operational data necessary to support scheduling and coordination features. Generated links, configuration settings, scheduling data, meeting information, announcements, ward business and non-sensitive metadata may be stored for up to five (5) years, after which they may expire or be removed automatically. No official Church records or sensitive personal information are stored. Users are responsible for ensuring that any data they enter complies with privacy guidelines and does not include Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
