- Purpose of the Platform: This platform is an independent scheduling and coordination utility designed to assist local leadership, music coordinators, and members. It is not an official system of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and does not store or manage ecclesiastical records.
- Information We Collect: We intentionally limit the types of data collected to only what is necessary for basic scheduling and coordination.
2.1 Operational Data
We may collect and store:
- Member names
- Randomized birthdate placeholders (not actual birthdates)
- Event scheduling details
- Configuration settings
- Non-sensitive metadata
- System-generated read-only link tokens
2.2 User-Provided Content
Users may enter:
- Notes
- Announcements
- General identifiers
- Operational data listed above
Users must not enter Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as addresses, phone numbers, membership numbers, tithing/temple status or other sensitive personal details.
- Information We Do Not Collect:
We do not collect, store, or process:
- Official Church records
- Membership data
- Actual birthdates (dates are randomized when they reach our system)
- Sensitive personal information
- Financial information
- Authentication credentials for Church systems
This platform is not a substitute for official Church tools (e.g., LCR, Calendar, Directory).
- How Your Data Is Used:
Operational data is used solely to:
- Generate schedules
- Coordinate assignments
- Provide read-only viewing links
- Maintain basic platform functionality
We do not sell, share, or distribute user data to third parties.
- Data Retention:
Operational data (such as member/meeting information, configuration settings and non-sensitive metadata) may be retained for up to five (5) years, after which it may expire or be removed automatically.
Read-only link tokens expire after three (3) years, but underlying data remains accessible through newly generated links.
- Data Security: We implement reasonable technical measures to protect stored data, including:
- Strong passwords requiring 15 characters minimum, upper case, lower case, numbers and special characters.
- Encryption at rest
- Encryption in transit
- Secure link token generation
- Login failure tracking and blocking
- Proof-of-work CAPTCHA
- CSRF tokens across form submissions
Despite these protections, users are responsible for ensuring that no sensitive or personally identifiable information is entered into the system.

Users agree to:
- Avoid entering PII
- Use general identifiers when referencing individuals
- Coordinate private or sensitive details through official Church channels
- Periodically regenerate read-only links as needed
- Third-Party Services: This platform does not integrate with or transmit data to any external third-party services, APIs, or Church systems.
Links to external websites (such as churchofjesuschrist.org) are provided for convenience only.
- Changes to This Privacy Policy: We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in functionality or legal requirements. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
