What is Sacrament Agenda?

Sacrament Agenda is an all-in-one web application designed for Ward Bishoprics, Music Coordinators, and Ward Members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to streamline Sabbath worship planning, speaker scheduling, music organization, and weekly ward communications. It is provided as a free tool for the benefit of Church members. This site is NOT a product of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Speaker History & Scheduling

Track member speaking dates, topics, and talk lengths. Smart candidate recommendations help bishoprics invite speakers fairly without over-scheduling.

Music & Hymn Planning

Coordinate weekly opening, sacrament, intermediate, and closing hymns, special musical selections, choristers, and organists/pianists.

Public Ward Bulletins

Allow ward members to view current announcements, auxiliary notices, and upcoming events easily by entering their Ward Name.

Sacrament Meeting Agenda

Build, customize, and print detailed Sacrament meeting agendas for bishoprics and conducting officers for structured weekly worship.

Site Directions & Quick Guide

Follow these step-by-step directions based on your role in your ward:

New Wards

If your ward doesn't have an account yet, click the registration link at the bottom of this page to set up your ward workspace.

Once you set up your ward's admin credentials, you will be able to log in, import your ward members, create a Music Admin password, start creating meeting agendas by entering speakers, prayers, musical numbers, announcements and ward business, etc, etc, etc.

Don't forget to edit your ward settings to set the correct timezone, sacrament meeting start time and whether you want allow announcement submissions. Announcement submissions will have to be approved by a member of the bishopric before they are added to the calendar or meeting agenda.

Ward Leaders

Use the Ward Admin Sign In form on the left side of the login page. Enter your ward username and Admin Password to access speaker and prayer tracking, agenda tools, and ward settings.

Does your ward need an account? Click the link at the bottom of this page to set up your ward workspace.

Once you log in with your Ward Admin account, you can create a Music Admin password to give the Music Chair access to the music and pianist assignments, while limiting access to other ward business. The hymns, organist, chorister, and special musical numbers they enter will automatically show up on the sacrament meeting agenda.

Music Chairs

Use the Ward Admin Sign In form on the left side of the login page. Enter your ward username and specialized Music Password to manage weekly Sabbath hymns, choristers, and accompanists.

Once logged in, you'll have access to a "Read-only" link. Send this link to the organists and Choristers in your ward so they can review the music assignments for the weeks ahead. Caution, the link will only work for 3 years, after that you'll have to get a new link.

Ward Members

Use the Ward Announcements form on the right side of the login page. Enter your exact Ward Name and click View Announcements. No password is required.

Once logged in, you'll see a calendar with the current month plus the next 2 months with days highlighted for activities found in the past announcements. You'll also see all the announcements entered in the last 52 week! Filter events by auxiliary organization to narrow your search/interest.

You'll also have access to a "Read-only" link you can use for quick access in the future and can share with other ward members. Caution, the link will expire in 3 years. After that you'll have to "Log in" to get a new link.
